The controller of the personal data collected through this website and our official messaging channels is Chaucato Adventure, with its operating address at Antigua Panamericana Sur Km 234, district of Paracas, province of Pisco, department of Ica, Peru.

To quote, book and arrange our desert tours, we may ask for the following personal data:
- Full name.
- Mobile phone number and/or WhatsApp account.
- Contact email address.
- Number of companions or passengers (including identification of minors traveling in a family group).
- Planned date of the trip and special requests (anniversaries, preferred times or transport details).
3. Purpose of data processing
The personal data provided will be used for the following strictly operational purposes:
- Arranging and confirming availability for the selected trips (Desert Experience, Oasis in the Paracas Desert, Desert Oasis Trekking, Sunset Experience or Paracas combos).
- Organizing pickups and transfers from Paracas, or access to our base at Km 234.
- Complying with the legal passenger-registration obligations for adventure-tourism activities before DIRCETUR Ica and MINCETUR.
- Providing assistance before, during and after the experience through direct contact on WhatsApp or by phone.
4. Confidentiality and no sale of data
Chaucato Adventure does not sell, rent or transfer its customers’ personal data under any circumstances to intermediary agencies, mass-advertising platforms or third-party resellers. As a direct local operator, your information stays confidential and protected within our systems.
5. Exercising your ARCO rights
Under Law No. 29733, data subjects have the right to access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of their information at any time (ARCO rights).
